"My name is Pedro Santiago, and I am the owner of A&M Remodelation LLC. I’ve been working in remodeling and construction for about four years, gaining hands‑on experience in both interior and exterior projects while working with established construction companies. Over time, I built the knowledge, skill, and confidence to step into my own calling. Today, A&M Remodelation LLC is fully insured and licensed, and proudly serving our community.
We officially started working as A&M Remodelation LLC in June 2024. This business is part of my life plan—rooted in my relationship with God and my commitment to my family. The name “A&M” comes from the first letters of my daughters’ names. My dream is for this to grow into a family business for future generations.
I love seeing transformation. Taking a damaged or outdated space and turning it into something beautiful, modern, and functional brings me joy. Creating a place a family or business can enjoy is what motivates me.
